The Asano River, known as "Onnagawa" (Woman's River) for its gentle flow.

I stopped right in the middle of the bridge, placed my hand on the railing, and painted the view I saw.

Contrary to its name, "Onagawa," the painting turned out to be quite powerful.

The river, and the mountains surrounding it,

And the sky too,

It's full of energy and moving forward.
