Alongside the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Art and the National Crafts Museum, there is the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of History, a red brick building. It utilizes three red brick buildings that were formerly army arsenals constructed between the Meiji and Taisho periods, and is designated as a National Important Cultural Property.

The history of Ishikawa Prefecture, from prehistoric and ancient times to the present day, is presented through large-screen videos, dioramas, and models, making it enjoyable for both children and adults.

I suspect there are many locals who don't know how interesting it is. I was one of them.

This building, commonly known as the "Ishikawa Red Brick Museum," stands beyond the sprawling lawn, embracing both the long years that have passed and the present.
