I decided to try painting the same rose in both watercolor and oil paint.

First, watercolors.

I used Sennelier watercolors.

Sennelier's watercolors have honey mixed into them, resulting in vibrant colors.

It could also be described as pure color.

A bee buzzes around the rose and sips its nectar.

You can stay in this painting and sip the nectar!

We have plenty of honey.
