ST079 Protea

Small Treasure

 Framing size: 28cm x 35cm

 I draw differently each time, so I sometimes forget how I drew a picture, but for this "Protea" picture, I think I used a black background and drew the lines with a white marker.

 I think it was drawn with markers on fabric. Then, I added color with oil pastels. For the background, I used several colors, including cobalt blue, to make the towering protea stand out.

 Proteas are native to South Africa and possess an overwhelming presence.
