Even in the music world, which is full of unique individuals, Fujii Kaze shines with a distinctive brilliance.

I was drawn to its unique quality—the fact that it was unadorned, natural, and without any pretense—and that's what made me want to try painting.

Fujii Kaze, who hails from Okayama Prefecture, refers to himself as "washi" (an archaic way of saying "I").

The name "Kaze" (meaning "wind") likely reflects the wish that the child would live freely like the wind, and I think the parents who raised him that way were admirable.

She began learning piano at the age of three and has been exposed to a wide variety of music genres, from jazz and classical to enka (Japanese ballad).

The foundation of music is infused into the body of "wind."

Before graduating from elementary school, I started posting videos on YouTube based on my father's intuition that "the age of YouTube is coming."

The world became aware of Fujii Kaze's existence after seeing him perform piano and vocals.

It was Kaze's parents who envisioned these events.

"The Wind" should have simply focused on being itself, without being bothered by unnecessary things.

"I make music so that someone can feel a little better about their life," says Kaze, and his words perfectly describe his way of life.

I painted this picture because I wanted to find out what lies at the heart of Fujii Kaze's carefree and easygoing demeanor.
